Fix and Flip Houses

What is a fix and flip real estate investment? Essentially, you buy a house, fix it up, and sell it for a profit. But how do you know it will be profitable? How do you know how much the renovation will cost? How long will a fix and flip renovation take? These are all great questions and very important to think about before diving into a new project.

There are several strategies for flipping houses, including the live in flip, and the pure flip. We have done the live in flip three times, as well as the pure flip once. Here you will find all the projects for these flip houses, and hopefully you will find some answers to your questions. If you have any questions for me, please get in touch!
