Buy and hold properties

Thinking of getting started in real estate investing? Buy and hold real estate investing is one of the easiest and safest strategies for beginner real estate investors. Over our real estate investing journey, we have added three buy and hold properties to our portfolio. These properties are not the typical "buy and hold", but they have added to our long term wealth nonetheless. Our buy and hold properties include our owner built raised bungalow, rental property, and cabin short term vacation rental. Feel free to click through the archives below to see all the various stages of these three properties.
